Livelihood and Enterprise Development Programmes (LEDPs)
NABARD initiated the Livelihood and Enterprise Development Programme (LEDP) in 2015-16 to foster sustainable livelihoods among Self-Help Group (SHG) members by focusing on SHG clusters engaged in both farm and off-farm activities across contiguous villages. Support includes skill building, refresher training, linkages, handholding, and escort services over two credit cycles. As on 31 March 2024, 3 lakh SHG members have been supported through 2449 LEDPs with grant support of 128.41 crore.
Spice Processing & Marketing LEDP
Spice processing & marketing in Ghaziabad (3 villages) for 90 women from different SHGs. PARIVAR has established 3 clusters of total 90 women of three villages namely Saidpur, Talheta and Begmabad of Bhojpur block of Ghaziabad. Each cluster consists of 30 women. These clusters have been provided livelihood through spice processing and packaging. The processes in Spice processing include Cleaning, Grinding, Blending, Sieving, Material Handling and Bulk Storage, Batch making up to packing ensuring high product quality and hygiene.

Bamboo/Sarkanda-Making LEDP
We established 3 clusters of total 90 women of three villages namely Kakrana, Nagla Gajju & Samana in District Hapur. Each cluster consists of 30 women. These clusters provided livelihood through bamboo/sarkanda products making. In the cluster all women are making various types of mudha & sarkanda products. Women’s earnings have increased by making and selling these sarkanda products.
